Introduction
This article show you how to configure your AmaretAds platform according to your needs.
This part is very important and permit you to define your company details and some platform configuration.
The first time you use it, your platform has already some details about your company according to contract, but you can change it when you want !
To edit platform informations, go to "Parameters" > "Platform"
Basics Platform's Informations
Basics platform's informations are used in platform for billing and other administrative features.
Fields details :

| Additional Address | No | Your head office's additional address. Used in Billing and administrative features. |
| Zipcode | Yes | Your head office's zipcode. Used in Billing and administrative features. |
| City | Yes | Your head office's city. Used in Billing and administrative features. |
| Country | Yes | Your head office's country. Used in Billing and administrative features. |
| Logo | Yes | Your company's logo. Used in Billing, administrative features and as a logo for the platform. |
| Language | Yes | Default platform language. |
| Currency | Yes | Default platform currency. |
| Timezone | Yes | Default platform timezone. |
| Default Margin | Yes | Default margin for campaign's remunerations. Useful for remuneration create by Advertiser, the repayment for Publisher are automatically take consideration of this value in percent. |
| Days number before alert campaign off | Yes | Put the number of day before end of a campaign. When the number of day arrived you will be notified by platform. |
| Google Analytics | No | If you need it, you can put an Analytics UA code to show all traffic on AmaretAds platform. |
| Graphic Theme | Yes | Change the graphic theme according to your needs. |
| Deconnection url | No | When a user logout, you can define a specific url to be redirect instead of AmaretAds index page |
Invoices Informations
This part allow to add some details about invoices.
Fields details :

Score Details
AmaretAds automatically score campaign every month according to monthly revenue or monthly conversions's number.

Platform Rights
In this part you can define some global rights for your platform Right details :

| Allowed advertiser registration | Activated this feature allow Advertisers to register themselves. |
| API Access | Activated this feature allow API access for every user's type. |
| Permit automatic invoice requests | Allow the feature that permit you to automatically generate Invoice Request when you generate an Invoice. |
| Cookie PopUp | Add a cookie popup to be GPDR compliant. |
| Crypt IP | Crypt IP of customers to be GPDR compliant. (Crypt for viewing but not for collect etc). |
| Allowed multi currencies | AmaretAds can manage multiple currency, define if you allow it or not. If not allowed, all user use currency you define in platform basics informations. |
| Allowed multi language | AmaretAds can manage multiple language, define if you allow it or not.If not allowed, all user use language you define in platform basics informations. |
| Be notified on account update | If you allow this feature, when a status change for a user (Advertiser, Publisher, Employee, Business Provider) related user received notification (Also for new user). |
| Only one ip per session | If you allow this feature, a user connected with a specific IP address can't connect with another one until it disconnects. |
| Allowed publisher registration | Activated this feature allow Publishers to register themselves. |
| Crypt information to be GPDR compliant | Crypt all other information than IP address to be GPDR compliant. |
| Manage vat | Define if you want to manage VAT for billing features. |
| Block conversion on capping reach | Define if you want to stop to store conversions on capping reach. In both cases, you receive a notification when capping reach. |
| Block leadgen on capping reach | Define if you want to stop to collect leads on capping reach. In both cases, you receive a notification when capping reach. |
